Responsibilities
- Assist in the Design & Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in team code reviews to learn best practices and ensure code quality standards.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify and fix bugs in existing codebases and assist in resolving technical issues reported by users.
- Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimize queries.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API docs and user guides.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR a completed coding bootcamp certificate.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve logical problems and write algorithms.
- Tools: Experience using version control systems like Git.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Relocation Willingness: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs to benefit from our relocation assistance program.
