Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Assist the development team in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications.
- Learn & Adapt: Quickly absorb new technologies and programming languages through on-the-job training and workshops.
- Debug & Test: Identify and fix bugs in existing software, and write unit tests to ensure code reliability.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to understand requirements and implement features.
- Code Reviews: Participate in team code reviews to learn best practices and provide constructive feedback.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience with a portfolio).
- Programming Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve logical problems and a strong understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
- Tools: Experience with basic software development tools (e.g., Git, VS Code) is a plus, but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Mindset: A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
