Responsibilities
- Execute manual test plans and test cases to verify software functionality across different devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, and report software defects (bugs) accurately using the JIRA tracking system.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are completely resolved.
- Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- No prior QA or testing experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers.
