Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and scripts to verify software functionality.
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues with clear steps to reproduce.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Perform regression testing on new releases to ensure no new bugs were introduced.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning meetings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and test plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional QA experience is required.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools and methodologies.
