Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Write clear and concise documentation for data models and analysis processes.
- Assist in the creation of monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
- Identify data anomalies and propose solutions to improve data quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Business) or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
