Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources (SQL databases, Excel sheets, APIs) and perform rigorous cleaning to ensure accuracy.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop standard operational reports and ad-hoc analyses to support daily business operations.
- Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and anomalies through statistical analysis to help the product and marketing teams optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required. Recent graduates or career switchers are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- SQL Basics: Familiarity with SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
