As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts to transform raw data into actionable business insights. Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and scrub data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend identification to support business strategy.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skill Set: Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or Excel; willingness to learn advanced tools is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
- Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization software is a plus.
