Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Assist in developing automated reporting pipelines for key stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior and operational metrics
- Support A/B testing design and statistical analysis for marketing campaigns
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present preliminary findings to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
