Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting processes and optimize data workflows for efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL mastery
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex insights clearly
- Experience in healthcare or finance analytics preferred
