Responsibilities
- Data Management: Gather, clean, and process complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical testing and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and data-driven reports and presentations for management, translating technical findings into business value.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- SQL Development: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Market Research: Assist in competitive analysis and market trend tracking to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Graduates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly desirable.
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems using quantitative methods.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
