Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from multiple sources and ensure its accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Utilize tools like Tableau or PowerBI to create intuitive visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations summarizing key findings and trends.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and anomalies in datasets to support strategic decision-making.
- Support Senior Analysts: Collaborate with the team on various projects, helping to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis scripts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or a willingness to learn SQL query basics.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights clearly to non-technical teams.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel) is a plus but not mandatory.
