Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying databases is highly desired.
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles and tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills with the ability to translate technical data findings into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
