Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and perform rigorous cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports for stakeholders, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
- SQL & Database Support: Write basic SQL queries to retrieve data and support database management tasks.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated passion for data analytics and a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred; exposure to SQL or Python is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and ensure high data integrity in all deliverables.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
