What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Generate clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support the senior analytics team in conducting statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
- Perform routine data validation checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies to maintain high-quality reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Charts) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or interest in learning database querying is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in identifying trends, correlations, and outliers within data sets.
