In this role, you will support our senior analysts in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work with various data sources, build dashboards, and help uncover trends that help our clients optimize their operations. Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and clean data from multiple databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting: Create clear, visual reports and dashboards (using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Assist in identifying patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets to support business strategy.
- Database Support: Write basic SQL queries to retrieve data and maintain documentation of data processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to existing data workflows and reporting structures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing graduation).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and comfortable learning SQL or Python.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical team members.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and logically when approaching data challenges.
