Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large and complex data sets to uncover trends and insights.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in data to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Design and maintain clear, concise, and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and implement analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal governance policies.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a non-technical, understandable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
