As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts to extract insights from complex datasets, build dashboards, and support critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies for future reference.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
