Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and organize large sets of raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and market research to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the management team.
- Database Support: Collaborate with the data engineering team to maintain databases and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to answer ad-hoc analytical questions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with SQL for querying databases.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, internships, or academic projects involving data analysis.
- Tools: Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote setting.
