Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering and cleaning data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Visualization: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and charts using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Reporting: Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel Charts) is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning abilities.
