Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Assist in the real-time monitoring of network traffic and system logs to identify potential security anomalies.
- Incident Response: Support the security team in documenting and reporting security incidents and assisting in the initial triage process.
- Phishing Analysis: Help analyze and categorize incoming emails to improve our security awareness training programs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of security policies, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts.
- Security Audits: Participate in regular internal audits to ensure compliance with company security standards.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
