Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for 200+ employees across 3 offices
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using Cisco Meraki tools
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with hardware refresh cycles and asset management
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Complete weekly certification modules with 90%+ pass rate
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR 1+ years helpdesk experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment deployments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms preferred
