Responsibilities
- Undergo structured paid training in Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network monitoring and security protocols
- Participate in rotational assignments across IT departments (helpdesk, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+) during the program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic familiarity with computers and troubleshooting concepts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
