Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and access points
- Document all IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments and migrations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through ticketing systems and direct user support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT preferred
