Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training period
- Train on Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure basics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
