Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security implementations
- Participate in weekly training sessions for skill development
- Assist with hardware/software upgrades and migrations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in varied environments
