Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage and document IT service requests using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to gain hands-on experience in server administration and cybersecurity.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating technical solutions clearly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to obtain industry certifications (training provided).
