Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and update the IT ticketing system to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct basic network maintenance and cable management.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
