Key Duties:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Assist in the setup of new office equipment and network connections for incoming employees.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS operating systems.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional after-hours on-call rotation.
