Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux workstations
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via phone and ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network and security teams on projects
- Participate in monthly technology training workshops
- Support office AV equipment and peripheral devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues logically
- Valid Texas driver's license required for equipment transport
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
