Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery drills
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (AAS in IT preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends
