Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal users via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
- Document support tickets and solutions in ITSM systems
- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Adhere to security protocols and best practices
Qualifications
