Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and escalations
- Train on cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certifications preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
