Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for 500+ employees including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations using MDM solutions
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Document IT processes using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop tools
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
