Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month) after training
- Assist with cybersecurity compliance audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train end-users on new software deployments and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred, not required)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving approach
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server room environments
- Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills
- Valid California driver's license for equipment transport
- Must pass background check and drug screening
