Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new user workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report issues to the senior engineering team.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
