Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Perform regular system backups and update security patches.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade hardware and software systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Computer Science is preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
