Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset records.
- Participate in on-site and remote system upgrades and deployments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete training modules.
