Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive 12-week IT certification curriculum covering networking, security, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and asset management tasks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges
