Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced network troubleshooting and server maintenance.
- Conduct basic user training on company software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain required IT certifications during employment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Chandler, AZ.
