Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and printer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of IT tickets and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Learn and assist with Active Directory and Windows Server administration basics.
- Participate in daily training sessions and technical workshops.
