Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive IT training modules covering hardware, software, and network protocols
- Assist with end-user support tickets under supervision (ticketing system, remote access)
- Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Practice cybersecurity best practices including threat detection and data protection
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Complete certification milestones during training period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (OS navigation, internet usage)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within first 6 months
