Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems.
- Log and track IT support tickets using our ticketing system.
- Learn and assist with server maintenance and data backup procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to deploy new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and Mac OS).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
