Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for end-users.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and network equipment.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Learn and assist in implementing security protocols and data backup procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows and Office Suite).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
