Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop equipment
- Install and maintain network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base
- Provide tier-1 support to 500+ internal users
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
- Complete weekly certification milestones
- Shadow senior engineers during live incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac proficiency)
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work standing 4+ hours/day
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background/driving record check
- Must start within 2 weeks of hire
