Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and best practices training
- Assist with server monitoring and basic system administration tasks

Qualifications
