Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with network administration and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and training sessions
- Support cloud infrastructure migrations (Azure/AWS basics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
