Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and printers.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT service tickets using the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular hardware audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT preferred).
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and troubleshooting processes.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support training).
