Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and application errors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the team to implement IT best practices and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows 10/11), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies and obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
