Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain computer inventory and peripheral devices.
- Configure and set up new user workstations and access permissions.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
