Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including Windows OS and enterprise applications
- Assist with network monitoring, security patch management, and system backups
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop technical skills
- Conduct workstation setups and equipment inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
